Inconsistent cleanliness standards!!! Mysterious unpleasant odors permeating the halls!!! Maintenance issues with old facilities!!! Need clearer signage for navigating the premises!!!

It offers perfect location and has very amiable stuff that was in the reception desk.

The food selection was fresh. Our room was brand-new and well-appointed and provided with a good view as well as good iron. Location: the hotel was really close to 15 minutes by metro to the city center and Carrefour and Esplanade de La Defense metro stations😃😀😀

excellent family stay near metro with luggage storage options

The apartment had a very good location, right next to the metro and within walking distance of many shops. It was well-equipped and comfortable, perfect for our family. Plus, the reception was always available to assist us.

Have stayed here many times and would return here. By and large, it was good base for sightseeing in Puteaux, had much fun and met affable staff that was in the reception desk. We enjoyed the convenience of the standard double room with a comfortable bed;))

Location was very good, only a few minutes walk from the metro station.

The staff were helpful and accomodating. Most of them spoke some English which helped. We loved having a view of the tower and the close proximity to both metro & train stops.

Would have appreciated a detailed map of exactly where the hotel was located from train & metro. Our flight was delayed and we arrived close to midnight at the train stop. The staff was kind to advice us to pick up the metro since it ended closer to the hotel, however the hotel was not viewable at all when we exited the metro. Since we were unfamiliar with the area, it was a little disconcerting to be in a wide open deserted plaza that late at night w/o clearly knowing where the hotel was!! We made it fine and enjoyed the location once we knew where we were!

The accommodation is good, but the accessibility by car is very difficult. Attention: For car over 1,90 meters there are no PP available.

The location is fantastic, being right next to the metro station which takes you to Champs Élysées in just 10 minutes. The spacious one-bedroom apartment comes equipped with a kitchenette, made meal prep easy for our group. The staff were always friendly and helpful, our stay was comfortable.

The breakfast area is quite small, and I found myself waiting for a table during peak hours.

The check-in was one hour delayed,at check-in they tried to charge us the total amount of 6 nights (720 euro).The room was dirty, a lot of dust and human hair everywere, the plates were dirty, greasy.

Wi-Fi was painfully slow and the staff weren't very friendly. Liked the 24-hour reception.

The location was good near metro station. I got studio for three and apartment with one bedroom for four persons and both were nice and much better than what was expected. The design was nice and the kitchen has all staff of what you need to cook. There is kettle, coffee maker, fridge,microwave and oven. Iron was available through the reception. The studio was large specially if the sofa not used as a bed. I highly recommend Adagio for everyone.

The W.c was too small.

Room was in decent size and comfy; the hotel was very close to the metro station & relatively close to the shopping center.
